Returns & Exchange Policy

Our Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchanges or store credit only — no monetary refunds, unless the item is damaged or defective.
  • You may request a return within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The shipping needs to be borne by the customer for pickup or any reversal.
  • All returns are subject to a quality check and accepted at the sole discretion of our team.

Return in case of Defective Products

To report a defect:

  • Email buttibutton@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Use the subject line: Order #[Your Order Number] – Return Request.
  • Mention your reason for return and attach clear photographs showing the issue (if applicable).
  • Once approved, the item must be shipped back within 72 hours.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized orders - made specifically for you
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Items showing signs of wear or use
  • Regular orders beyond the 2-day exchange window

Exchange Process

  • Contact us within 2 days of delivery
  • Share product images and reason for exchange
  • We'll guide you through the exchange procedure
  • Return shipping costs for exchanges are borne by the customer
