Our Exchange Policy
- We offer exchanges or store credit only — no monetary refunds, unless the item is damaged or defective.
- You may request a return within 48 hours of delivery.
- The shipping needs to be borne by the customer for pickup or any reversal.
- All returns are subject to a quality check and accepted at the sole discretion of our team.
Return in case of Defective Products
To report a defect:
- Email buttibutton@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Use the subject line: Order #[Your Order Number] – Return Request.
- Mention your reason for return and attach clear photographs showing the issue (if applicable).
- Once approved, the item must be shipped back within 72 hours.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized orders - made specifically for you
- Products without original tags or packaging
- Items showing signs of wear or use
- Regular orders beyond the 2-day exchange window
