At Butti Button, we put love and care into creating each outfit:

• Processing Time: 7-10 business days from order confirmation
• Delivery Time: 5-7 business days via surface shipping across most pin codes
• Total Estimated Time: 12-17 business days from order to delivery

Customized Orders

• Made-to-order items require additional time for crafting
• Our team will provide specific delivery timelines after order placement
• Customized orders cannot be expedited due to their handmade nature

Shipping Charges

• Shipping costs are calculated directly by our logistics partners
• We do not add any extra margins to shipping charges
• Charges vary based on delivery location and package weight

Payment & Delivery

• Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD)
• All orders require prepayment through our available payment methods
• Orders are shipped only after payment verification
